Meatloaf Cupcakes?

There is no denying that cupcakes are having a moment, they are so happy & tasty, & cupcake shops are popping up everywhere! But.... I have to admit I was surprised to see meatloaf cupcakes in the grocery store deli today, nonchalantly hanging out next to the pre-made salads. I thought they deserved a little drawing.
